What should I do if I have an issue with my purchase?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. If we can’t perfect your purchase through modification or exchange, you’re welcome to return it within this period for a full refund. Feel free to reach out to us!

How and when will my order be shipped?
We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days via USPS. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll notify you via email so you can track your package.

What are the shipping costs?
For domestic orders above $50, shipping is FREE! For orders below $50, we charge the best available flat rate based on your shipping address ($3 – $5). Expedited shipping options are also available for your convenience. We also run frequent FREE SHIPPING promotions for our Insiders’ Group and our followers on Instagram and Facebook.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to most countries around the world. Note, however, that international shipping costs $12.99 and customs fees may apply upon package arrival, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, your order arrives with all the necessary items to create a beautifully wrapped gift. If you’d like your gift pre-assembled, we can do it upon request. However, please note that the jewelry may tarnish if left outside of its protective packaging for an extended period.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from 925 Sterling Silver and 14k Gold-Filled metals, both of which are hypoallergenic and sourced from reputable suppliers. Some pieces also include Czech glass beads or cultured freshwater pearls.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, sweat, or chemicals, and refrain from wearing it while sleeping. You’ll receive a SilverSaver bag and a cleaning cloth with each order to help you maintain and store your jewelry.

What should I do if my jewelry breaks?
We understand that accidents happen. If your chain breaks within the first two years of ownership, we’ll replace or repair it for free. For any other issues, we’ll either replace the piece or issue you a store credit if we no longer carry the item.

Is this site secure?
Absolutely. This site is hosted and operated by Shopify, a secure E-commerce platform with certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliance, so you can shop with confidence.
