About returns and exchanges

At Galavines, we are committed to delivering only the finest quality products and services to our customers. Given the custom-made and often personalized nature of our items, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for any purchases. Should there be an error with the order received, we will happily remake and send the order at no additional cost.

By transacting with us, you accept this no refund policy. Once an order is finalized and payment has been processed, it is not possible to cancel or receive a refund. This policy is applicable to all goods and services provided by our company.

We acknowledge there may be unique situations where a refund may be requested due to special circumstances. In these instances, the customer is advised to reach out to your store’s support, including an image depicting the issue, where feasible. We recommend that you then contact our customer service team with this information to further discuss their complaints.

Our priority is ensuring customer satisfaction, and we will exert every effort to resolve any concerns and find a mutually agreeable resolution.

Please bear in mind that:

It is your responsibility to select the accurate size for rings and the correct length for bracelets and necklaces.
If the jewelry has been personalized, please ensure the correct spelling.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for:

Items that have been engraved or hand-stamped.
Jewelry featuring family birthstones.
Rings that have been made to a specific size.
Earrings, for reasons of hygiene.
Custom-made or customized items, which include bridal jewelry tailored to your specifications.
Before returning any item, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items returned without prior notification. Once we have confirmed your return, please ensure that the item is dispatched to us within one week.

The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs, as well as any customs charges associated with the return.

Replacements and Exchanges
Generally, we don’t offer refunds due to incorrect choices of sizes, patterns, colors, and so forth.

However, we do provide a replacement service where customers only need to cover the shipping cost and a minimal handling fee (the handling fee depends on the type of product).

We are more than happy to issue a refund or send you a free replacement if the product varies in size or image from what was ordered on the website, or if the size chart on the website is incorrect.

Should you feel in any way unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us, and we will work out a solution because customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and our promise.

P/S: Please expect a 20% variation between the advertised images and the actual item due to the different lightings during photoshoots or monitor’s display.

If there is any unsatisfactory issue which is highly unlikely, we usually just ship out a replacement free of charge. Therefore, rest assured and know that we are always here to help.

Cancellations and alterations
You have a window of 24 hours from your original order to cancel or alter it.

Why is this so? We dispatch our orders daily, and once your order has been shipped, we cannot take any action until it reaches you. In such a case, you’d need to send it back, and only then can we process a refund.

Please note that requests for order cancellation or modification to substitute a prior, current, or upcoming order using promo codes are not included in the cancellation policy. Please refer to the Coupon | Promo | Discount codes section for more details.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are yet to receive your refund, we recommend that you first verify your bank account. Subsequently, reach out to your credit card company as it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There may be a processing delay before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, kindly get in touch with us again.

Breakage Policy:

At Galavines Store, our jewelry is designed for everyday use. On the rare occasion you experience a breakage, such as a snapped chain, we offer free repairs or replacements within six months of purchase. Please send us an email at [email protected], attaching a photograph of the damaged item.

Discounts cannot be cashed out.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Orders can be altered or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once your item has been dispatched, you cannot modify or cancel your order.
Our Returns and Exchanges policy safeguards you for a full 30 days from your purchase date (this covers product quality, shipping delays beyond our control, and any other factors we consider reasonably acceptable to ensure your utmost satisfaction!).
Errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries are not covered by the refunds policy, but rest assured we’ll work together to correct any issues, as life can be busy and nobody is perfect, right?
