How long after ordering will my merch be shipped?
Typically, we prepare and dispatch all orders within a span of 2-4 business days. After dispatch, the delivery timeframe will vary based on your geographical location. For a better understanding, kindly refer to our estimated delivery times listed below.

How long does it take to arrive?
Our merchandise is dispatched from our production facility in the USA. Please note that the current pandemic situation might cause some delays in international shipments due to alterations in routing or potential customs holdups.

Canada – Within 4-10 business days
Western Europe – Within 5-15 business days
Australia/NZ – Within 5-15 business days

We charge a base rate for the first item on an order, plus a per item fee for additional items on the same order.

USA Priority: $10.95 + $3.95/item
Canada: $7.95 +$3.95/item

International: $8.47 +$3.95/item

Global Shipping Available
We take pride in offering our products to patrons around the world. No matter your location, we are excited to cater to your needs. Our delivery estimates for most items fall within a 9-13 business day timeframe after fulfillment. Currently, we can only offer Standard Shipping for our international clientele, and we apologize for any inconvenience this might pose.

Parcel Tracking
Upon availability, a tracking number will be shared with you in the confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress online.

Multiple Order Shipping
Regrettably, we are unable to consolidate multiple orders placed on the same day.

Delivery to Several Addresses
We’re sorry, but we cannot divide an order for delivery to various destinations. If you desire to send items to different addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each delivery location.

Alteration of Shipping Address
Once an order has entered the processing phase, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Import Taxes and Delays
Certain countries might levy import taxes, duties, or customs charges on incoming items. These charges are set and collected by your country’s Customs office, and their payment is your responsibility. Additionally, delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which is beyond our control. For more information, please reach out to your local Customs office.

Canadian customers – please note that the Canadian government levies import duty on all goods above $20. The recipient will be contacted by the shipping courier (either Aramex or UPS) and will need to pay the duty before delivery.

Which carrier do you use?
Our preferred shipping partner is USPS. For orders being delivered outside the USA, the respective local mail carrier will take over the delivery process once the package reaches your country.

Will there be any issues shipping internationally?
While we strive to ensure smooth deliveries worldwide, due to recent logistical complications, you might experience some delays. If you’re situated outside of the EU/US and encounter difficulties while ordering or receiving your merchandise, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Lost packages
For our international customers, if your order doesn’t arrive within 10 days from the date of dispatch, kindly reach out to us for further investigation.

In the uncommon scenario where a package is deemed lost during transit, we’ll offer you the choice between having your jewellery remade and resent, or being fully refunded.

Please double-check that the shipping address provided on your order is accurate and secure for delivery purposes. All our parcels are shipped with tracking, and we unfortunately can’t issue refunds for packages that are delivered to the correct location but are lost or stolen before they’re received by the intended recipient.
